Breakfast to start the day

The most important meal of the day is breakfast. This morning I woke
up early n cracked some eggs open, mixed it with some milk to make
them fluffy and voilla. I ate that with some bread and a tall glass of
OJ. Eating nutritious helps the body operate well throughout the day.

Even a busy individual as myself can take 10 mins out the day to
prepare something as simple as this.
