Happy Birthday Laura

This is my homegirl Laura on the Left and to tonight was her 21st
B'day.. We had a cool fun night.. Her friend to the right Is Paris the
Loner ;) ha ha.. J/k

We went and ate some food and then went to a strip club to watch some
cage fights.. Shyttt was bananas.. B.a.n.a.n.A.s. :)

This Weeks Destination: Houston

Yeeeeeee Haaaaaaawwww... Back to Houston I go.. Ohhhh boy did I have
some fun the last time I was down here.. Let's see if we can have half
the fun plus more.. Work, Work, Work.. Gotta make that mulahhh.. I'll
see what's interesting n upload..

Getting there..

Still working out weekly.. I've ramped up my treadmill running to 2
miles everytime I get on.. Stamina is getting better and I've
incorporated pullups into my regimen.. I can now do 3 sets of 15..
YEAAAA BUDDY!! I used to barely be able to do just 7.. I post these up
to keep me dedicated and motivated to keep working out cause I know
yall will let me have it if you catch me out not fit :) lol.. Do the
same thing and you too can start getting results.. Living example
right in front of you..
