Ace Black Workout Plan

So I woke up this morning and did 50 crunches and ran the treadmill
for a mile. I plan on getting more cardio work done around noon by
going to the gym and playing about an hour of basketball.

To get your body in shape, you don't need no quick fix. You just have
to be willing to stick to a routine and work at it. Every little bit
counts. I've been consistently working out since July last year.. Some
times I went 2 weeks without it but I've deff noticed the difference
by just having a routine. So you?? :-)

Breakfast to start the day

The most important meal of the day is breakfast. This morning I woke
up early n cracked some eggs open, mixed it with some milk to make
them fluffy and voilla. I ate that with some bread and a tall glass of
OJ. Eating nutritious helps the body operate well throughout the day.

Even a busy individual as myself can take 10 mins out the day to
prepare something as simple as this.

China Town Buffet

We spent all day Sunday looking for an all you can eat Chinese food
buffet. Free about 45 mins of driving we found China Town Buffet off
Baseline n Mcklintock.. Nice price.. Check them out

MLK March

This past Monday jan 19th I attended phoenix's MLK March with my
fellow frat brothers. Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Mu Eta Chapter.

Phoenix has black people and moreso than that, we have a wonderful
collective community of individuals who are all for the betterment of
each other. I'm glad that I spent my day of service with my close
family.

South Mountain High talent show

So I was getting my Simon Cowell on today as a judge at the South high
talent show.

Great event. I feel bad though cause this girl right here was the best
singer by far and got 2nd place.

Bailey.. You saaaaang yo butt off. I wish you much success in the
future. Don't let us not fully awarding you deter you from your
passion :-)

Phoenix Light Rail

I took the light rail yesterday. It was a fun experience. Took it from
Indian school and central all the way down to Asu. I've never seen
phoenix the way I did on the train. It took about 40 mins for the trip
and was very exciting. I might start taking it more often.

Tickets are only $2.50 for a day pass and $45 for a monthly pass. You
can bike and they have a location for your bikes. Also the passes work
for the local bus systems.

Last night I got faded for the 1st time this year. Celebrated my Ninja
Rico's bday. Had alotta drinks and some wings.

Small cool Lil kickback but once again, I tend to party hard. Yeah..
The Ace Black in me invited more than 1 interest to the party n my
boys found it funny to watch how I reacted when they all were in the
same place at the same time.
